Circle

By Victoria Lynn Hall

There are faces in the crowd
     that go unseen
Windows
     and mirrors
We look through them
     or only see ourselves

We are a nation of people
     standing in line
To get our nourishment
     our entertainment
     our medicine
For a price

How much of that would
     forming a circle
     provide for free?

How different could things be
     if I really saw you
     and you
     saw me?

A self taught artist and creative entrepreneur, Victoria Lynn Hall lives in the Kansas City area with 4 spoiled cats. She believes in art and the magic of kindness.
